AI Window Telemetry Prompts

The ai-window-telemetry-prompts collection holds LLM prompts that classify conversations to produce telemetry (e.g. whether a conversation was successful). Each record declares an output_schema of allowed values the model must return, and the triggers (see the telemetry triggers collection) that gate when it runs.
