Model Allow/Deny List

The ml-model-allow-deny-list collection controls which external URLs Firefox is permitted to load ML models from. Before downloading a model, Firefox checks its URL against these records. Any URL not matching an ALLOW prefix — or matching a DENY prefix — will be blocked.
